Description
Hemianthus micranthemoides is a graceful plant from North America that resembles a miniature version of Egeria with its small curved leaves. The stems quickly grow to a height of 10-20 cm and a width of 2-3 cm. It has a creeping growth habit in high light levels and can therefore be used as a foreground plant. With its small light green leaves, it is very pretty in a dense group, forming a dense cushion of plants in terrariums. Formerly called Micranthemum micranthemoides.
