Mayaca fluviatilis
Mayaca fluviatilis is a stem plant from South and Central America. With its particularly soft and flexible stem and very narrow, light green leaves, it gives your aquarium a light and graceful look. Mayaca fluviatilis likes to branch out and grows quickly, which is why regular pruning is necessary.
This plant prefers soft, slightly acidic water, but also thrives in medium-hard water. Mayaca fluviatilis is known to produce very pale shoots if it lacks iron. It is therefore important to ensure a sufficient supply of iron.
Mayaca flu viatilis is supplied in a bunch of stems or very young plants that are held together with an anchor. Remove the anchor and divide the individual plants. In the case of stem plants, the leaves of the lowest 5 cm should be removed, as well as any damaged leaves. Plant the individual stems in the substrate with adequate spacing. The plant will quickly form roots and start to grow.
Experience the elegance and rapid growth of Mayaca fluviatilis in your aquarium and benefit from the quality and service of Rendo Shrimp.
