Please note that the frogmouth pods tend to close when they are completely saturated with water. To prevent this, we recommend wedging in a small stone to keep the pod open and help it to sink faster. After 3-5 days the stone can be removed if this suits your taste. As with any wooden element in the aquarium, the frogmouth pods should be watered in advance to minimize any discoloration of the water by humic substances.
