The specially developed ceramic plate ensures the effective formation of micro-bubbles, which improve the utilization of carbon dioxide many times over compared to a normal air stone. The integrated bubble counter enables simple and accurate dosing of the CO2, as the large bubbles in the chamber can be easily counted during adjustment. The non-return valve ensures that water from the aquarium is not sucked back into the hose, which is particularly important if the bottle runs empty or if a solenoid valve is used to switch off the CO2 supply at night.

Installing and using the Tropica 3-in-1 diffuser is very simple:

• Set the bubble counter to dose the desired amount of CO2.
• Check the non-return valve to prevent backflow of water.
• Place the diffuser in the aquarium and ensure that the ceramic plate is clean for optimum performance.

Tip: For perfect adhesion to the glass, the glass must be clean and free of grease. If necessary, apply a very thin film of Vaseline to the suction cups to ensure they adhere securely.
