Description
A Brazilian moss specialty originally known from Japanese aquariums, where it is called "Amazonia Willow Moss''. The plant is also known as "Christmas tree moss'' because, unlike normal Vesicularia dubyana, the side shoots are densely covered with small side branches with a structure reminiscent of fir branches. It is more demanding than normal Java moss and grows more slowly. But it adheres well to roots and stones. Over time, it grows out of the water and needs to be trimmed to stay beautiful.
