Description

Ludwigia repens 'Rubin'

Variation of Ludwigia repens with attractive dark red leaves and stems that grow 20-50 long. It forms a beautiful color contrast to the green nuances of the aquarium. Planted in a larger group, the decorative effect is enhanced. With regular pruning, the growth becomes bushier and the stems 4-6 cm wide. The plant has low requirements, but it easily loses its lower leaves if the light conditions are inadequate. With higher light intensity, however, the coloration becomes more intense.
