Description
Hydrocotyle verticillata from America is a 3-7 cm high ground cover. In contrast to other Hydrocotyle species, this species retains its creeping growth. Optimum growth is only achieved with strong lighting and in soft, slightly acidic water. Does not need to be attached to the bottom, but is ideal as a floating plant (good hiding place for young fish). Hydrocotyle verticillata is a distinctive foreground plant that is also suitable for garden ponds and as a houseplant if the soil is constantly moist.

Schönes kräftiges Pflänzchen

Wollte sie anfangs teilen, war dann jedoch froh die Wolle abbekommen zu haben, sitzt nun im Vordergrund und präsentiert sich sehr gut. Eigentlich war diese Pflanze eher der Kauf- naja… für vorne brauchst auch was schönes, probier halt mal aus. Aber jetzt bin ich regelrecht begeistert wie sie sich einbringt.
