Description
Formerly known as Echinodorus tenellus 'Green', this small rosette plant readily forms a 5-10 cm high carpet runner under good light conditions and with nutritious soil. In contrast to a "normal" Tenellum, which often develops reddish leaves, this plant remains a fresh green, even with a high light level. This is a simple and easy to handle foreground plant.
