Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Green'
Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Green' is well suited to smaller aquaria. If the plant has plenty of space, the leaves almost lie over the substrate, but can grow up to 15 cm high. Like most Cryptocorynes from Sri Lanka, this one grows well in hard water. Like many others, it can be affected by Cryptocoryne rot. As a preventative measure, it is advisable to leave only the 4-5 newest leaves on when planting. A good foreground plant, even for small aquaria.
