Description
100% sterile laboratory aquarium plants in sealed cups.Cryptocoryne crispatula var. balansae comes from southern Thailand. In its area of origin, the water can be very hard due to calcareous mountains. It makes no great demands on the environment, but requires good light conditions and a nutritious substrate in order to thrive, and like many other Cryptocorynes it needs a period of acclimatization before growth really begins. The leaves grow to a length of 20-60 cm and the individual plant is 15-20 cm wide. Cryptocoryne crispatula should therefore be placed at the back of the aquarium, where the leaves can float decoratively on the surface. The leaves can be either completely green or reddish-brown in color.
