Description
Cryptocoryne beckettii "petchii'' from Sri Lanka is a small variant of Cryptocoryne beckettii, which has beautiful, slightly wavy leaf edges. As with many other Cryptocorynes, leaf color and shape depend very much on the environment of the aquarium, but it usually grows to a height of 10-15 cm and a maximum width of 15 cm. The leaves usually turn a beautiful olive-brown color with a purple underside in the aquarium.
