Description
The West African Crinum calamistratum is a very decorative bulbous plant with dark green, very narrow and wavy leaves that grow to a length of 40-120 cm. It forms fewer bulbs than other Crinum species and requires a little more light, but well-grown plants often form numerous side bulbs in the aquarium. It is not eaten by herbivorous fish and can be used in brackish water aquaria with a low salt concentration.
