Description
Cardamine lyrata is actually a marsh plant from Japan, but is also a well-known aquarium plant that thrives excellently under water. The characteristic growth with 20-50 cm high tendrils is very decorative and "water roots" often form on the actual plant. It should be planted in groups and the water temperature should not exceed 28 degrees for long periods, otherwise the leaves will become significantly smaller and the plant will shoot upwards. Also very suitable as a garden pond plant for the summer.
