Description
Bucephalandra on lava rockIn nature, Bucephalandra, like Anubias, usually grows on rocks and tree roots along streams and rivers. The two plants are also similar in terms of care in the aquarium.Bucephalandra 'Wavy Green' is an easy-care and slow-growing plant that prefers little light. Its willingness to branch out even without pruning creates a very pretty and dense appearance and the green leaves are 2 cm wide and approx. 5 cm long with wavy leaf edges. Under water, tiny white dots appear on the leaves and the creeping stem and rhizome must not be covered during planting. This would cause the plant to rot and die.
