Description
Aponogeton madagascariensis, also known as the lattice plant, is a special feature in botanical gardens all over the world and is one of the best-known tuberous plants from Madagascar, making such high demands on water quality and substrate that it can only be recommended as a solitary plant in large, specialized aquaria with frequent water changes. It grows to a height of 30-50 cm and is usually 25-30 cm wide, and there are different varieties with different lattice structures and leaf widths.
