Description
Anubias barteri var. nana is a small, attractive plant that thrives in all conditions. It originates from Cameroon and grows to a height of 5-10 cm. It grows slowly and can therefore be attacked by slow-growing algae. It looks best on a stone or root. It can be held in place with nylon cord while it grows. When planting in the substrate, the rhizome must not be covered, otherwise it will rot easily. It often flowers under water and is rarely eaten by herbivorous fish.
