Description
Anubias barteri "coffeefolia" is a beautiful low variety of Anubias barteri. The plant grows to a height of 15-25 cm and the creeping rhizome 10-15 cm. Characteristic are the bulges between the veins and the reddish-brown new leaves. An attractive variety for large and small aquaria. Often flowers submerged, but does not form seeds under water. It seems that the Anubias species grow so slowly that they do not even notice that they are submerged. Will not be eaten by herbivorous fish.
