Plant in 5 cm potThe pink undersides of the leaves of the South American Alternanthera reineckii 'Pink' form an effective contrast to the many green plants, especially when planted in groups. High light intensity promotes the red coloration of the leaves. It is easy to propagate by planting the head cuttings in the substrate. This will also give the mother plant a bushier appearance, as it will subsequently produce several new side shoots.
